Obituary for Virginia Wood Curtsinger

Virginia Wood Curtsinger, 86, died Sunday, October 15, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James and Bernice Monroe Wood. She was a member at Fairview Baptist Church in Stanford, KY and a mechanic at the Corning Glass Plant in Danville, KY.
She is survived by two children, Jeffery Curtsinger and Gail Curtsinger; two grandchildren, Christina Burton and Lindsey Curtsinger; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Lawrence Wood and Lewis Wood and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Marilyn Curtsinger and Marcus Curtsinger; two brothers, Robert Wood and James Wood Jr.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY. Burial will be in the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery, Stanford, KY. on Monday, October 23rd at 10:00 AM.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the funeral home.
The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY 40361.
