Obituary for Marvin L. Fryman

Marvin L. Fryman, 81, widower of Jean Doris “Polly” McDonald Fryman, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
A native of Nicholas County, KY, he was the son of the late Nelson Clay Fryman and Lorine Hamm Fryman. He was retired from Mallinckrodt, retired from Monessen Hearth and a retired farmer. He was a member of the Herrington United Methodist Church.
He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, James C. (Kay) Fryman and David Lee Fryman, both of Paris; one daughter and son-in-law, Judy Lynn (Tim) Brummett of Crab Orchard; six grandchildren, Terry W. Reed, Jr., Brad Reed, Nathan Brummett, Megan Renee Foley, Stephanie Louise McDowell and Ashley Nicole Fryman Smith; eight great grandchildren and a half sister, Debbie (Phil) Haselden of Louisville.
Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wavel Fryman.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Pastor April Jolly. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Terry Reed, Brad Reed, Nathan Brummett, Michael McDowell, Jordan Foley and Zeff Smith.
The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St. Paris, KY 40361.
