Obituary for Edith Mae Snedegar Beeding

Edith Mae Snedegar Beeding, 89, widow of the late Thomas Wadell Beeding, died Friday, September 29, 2017 at her home in Paris, KY.
The daughter of the late Wayne and Nora Otis Snedegar, she was born in New Castle, IN, attended Bath County High School and the Good Samaritan School of Nursing. She was a retired banker, former Mayor of Millersburg and city council member. A long standing member of Millersburg United Methodist Church, she held various positions within the local church as well serving as the UMW District Treasurer.
She is survived by three daughters, Deborah Rhodes Beeding, Adele Whitley Beeding McCoy and Martha Wayne Beeding Woodford; their families, Thomas Wadell Beeding Fryman, Micah Laine Beeding Woodford, James Ray Youell, Thomas Zachary McCoy, Grace Ann McCoy, Daniel Beeding McCoy, Caleb Allen Fryman and several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband and parents she is also preceded in death by a grandchild and her sister.
A private graveside service will be conducted at the Millersburg Cemetery by Harry B. Jones.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Hospice of the Bluegrass and Millersburg Cemetery.
The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY 40361.
